Return Eligibility Details
Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to personal care items that have been unsealed, and underwear or socks that have been removed from the packaging.
Return Process:
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Packaging: Please pack the item securely and include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation with your return shipment.
Refunds:
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refund Amount: Refunds will include the cost of the returned item(s) but will not cover the original shipping fees or any return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, or if items are returned in a condition other than their original state, we may issue a partial refund.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Gift cards-
Availability: We can offer physical gift cards that can be shipped to your designated address. Unfortunately, we do not offer e-gift cards at this time.
Ordering: Gift cards can be purchased through our website. During checkout, you will have the option to provide the recipient’s shipping address.
Shipping: Physical gift cards are shipped via standard mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping options are not available for gift cards.
Shipping Notifications: You will receive a confirmation email once your gift card order has been processed and shipped. Tracking information will be provided if available.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards once they have been shipped.
Gift Card Usage:
Redemption: Gift cards can be used for in-store and online purchases. To use a gift card online, enter the card number and PIN at checkout.
Balance Inquiry: You can check the balance of your gift card by contacting our customer service team.
Returns: If items purchased with a gift card are returned, the refund will be issued back to the gift card. Cash refunds will not be provided.
Terms and Conditions:
Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Expiration: Gift cards do not expire and have no associated fees.
